Luna provides virtual assistant services to clients. By engaging our services, you agree to the following terms:
- You will provide clear instructions and necessary information for tasks assigned to your virtual assistant.
- You understand that our virtual assistants work remotely and communication will primarily be through email, phone, or other digital means.
- You agree not to hire or attempt to hire our virtual assistants directly for a period of 12 months after termination of our services.
- You understand that our virtual assistants may use AI tools to enhance productivity and service quality.
5. Refunds
We offer refunds in accordance with our Satisfaction Guarantee. If you are not satisfied with our services within the first 30 days, we will refund your investment in full. To request a refund, please contact support@luna.com with details about your experience.
6. Content
Our Service allows you to post, link, store, share and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, videos, or other material ("Content"). You are responsible for Content that you post on or through Service, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness.
7. Prohibited Uses
